Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to TradePilot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Trading-Risk Disclosure and Refund Policy.
What the service is
TradePilot provides software controls, analytics and automation that may send orders to an exchange account you connect. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, fiduciary, investment adviser or guarantee of any result. You remain responsible for your exchange account, credentials, configuration, strategies, orders, taxes and legal compliance.
Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use Binance and automated trading in your location. Keep your login, two-factor codes and API credentials confidential. API keys must have withdrawals disabled. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
Access requires an active subscription. Whish payments are manually verified and normally activate one monthly period. Access may stop automatically at the period end unless a renewal is verified. Card subscriptions may renew through the configured payment provider until cancelled.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, bypass plan limits, probe other accounts, reverse engineer protected components, use stolen credentials, interfere with workers or infrastructure, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or block accounts reasonably suspected of fraud, security abuse or material breach.
Availability and changes
Markets, exchanges, networks and third-party APIs can fail or become unavailable. We may change or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for trading losses, lost opportunity, exchange failure, slippage, market movement, incorrect settings or third-party outages. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
