Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TradePilot handles information used to provide and secure the service.

Information we collect

We collect account details, subscription and payment references, referral activity, bot settings, trading telemetry, positions and trades reported by the worker, support messages, IP addresses, device/browser information, login events and legal-consent records.

Exchange credentials

Binance API credentials are encrypted at rest with the application key. An authorized trading worker must decrypt them to connect to Binance. Never enable withdrawals on a key used with TradePilot. Encryption reduces risk but cannot eliminate it.

How information is used

We use data to authenticate users, deliver bot controls, process subscriptions, detect abuse, send security alerts, provide support, maintain audit records and improve reliability.

Service providers

Data may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, payment, exchange and security providers needed to operate the service. Stripe and Whish process payment information under their own policies; TradePilot should not store complete card details.

Retention and security

We retain data for the period reasonably required for service, security, disputes, accounting and legal obligations. We apply access controls, encryption and logging, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained to meet legal, fraud-prevention or accounting duties. Contact anthonyghaly3@gmail.com.
